We are looking for a full-time team member to lead our delivery, manage seasonal teams, and maintain the quality of work on site.

The role is Full Time, Permanent position, typically working 40-50 hours per week. (Flexibility needed at busier times) and weekends and Bank Holidays will be needed to be worked with needs of the business.

The role comes with a Competitive pay package, which varies depending on experience.

A full UK Driving licence will be needed.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Build and dismantle marquees and interiors, working with suppliers and clients on-site.

·       Lead the loading / un-loading of vehicles, schedule cleaning & ad hoc repairs.

·       Work closely with the team in scheduling & planning work

·       Staffing – to manage the team of seasonal crew. To include, scheduling, reporting hours and communicating payroll.

·       Stock management – to be aware of stock levels, and communicate to relevant team members

·       Yard management – responsibility to maintain a safe, efficient working environment. 

·       To be part of recruitment process for seasonal staff & to lead, train and inspire our seasonal crew members

·       Admin - To understand company strategy & process, to be part of supplier / third party communication.

Further Responsibilities

·       To represent the Company’s Brand and culture

·       To maintain company Health and Safety policy is adhered to.

·       Assist the wider team members when appropriate for the benefit of the company.

·       To be part the sales process, and to be involved in communications

·       Taking on additional responsibilities such as refurbishing equipment, cleaning, re-organisation, planning.

Requirements

-       Full / Clean UK Driving Licence.

This role is a permanent position, working from our premises. Hours of work will vary over a 12 month period, and will depend on the companies requirements.
